How we estimate
- Documents per month = loads per month × documents per load.
- Staff hours saved = documents per month × (staff minutes per document − 1 minute) ÷ 60. We assume your team still spends 1 minute per document looking over our output, so we count no saving for that minute.
- Charges flagged for your review = missed charges per month × average value per missed charge × one half. We assume we flag only half of the missed charges you enter.
- Estimated labor savings (before our fee) = staff hours saved × staff hourly cost.
- Our fee = loads per month × $6, with a $450 monthly minimum that includes 75 loads.
- Charges flagged for your review are shown separately and are not added to your savings. They only become money if you confirm and bill them.
